Thomas was great!
3 times to fix a leaking toilet. Still not fixed. More money out of the pocket. Have to jump through loops for them to come back to fix their work. Not upholding standard at all from my perspective. While costing me an inflated water bill over the months of this issue.
Very professional. Knew his stuff. Most important was patient with me and my questions and observations.
